RISE Blocks® are a trademark block delivery format designed by RISE for use in RISE facilities.

ROTATE 10 – 40 – 10 – 40

Do the below rotation blocks outside of Meal Blocks, which are:   12:30 – 1:00   and   5:30 – 6:00

10 MINUTES   -   RISE Rec

40 MINUTES    -    Catalyst Programming 20+20

10 minutes = Set Up Shift (begin shift) or

10 minutes = Tear Down Shift (end shift) or

10 minutes = Tech-kiddo interactive fun Recreation activity.

 

 

40 minutes of patient programming in Catalyst (set a timer)

 

      Think:  20 on – 20 off

 

                  20 On = NO MORE than 20 minutes sitting at the table

                 

                  20 Off = Do 20 minutes OFF the table

Eg. Criss-cross applesauce on the floor to deliver programming,

OR it’s an up and interactive program activity (for example, Yogarilla and BRT must be done up and interactive.)
